At ASPECT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Window:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Conditions for Return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Return:
Email us at sales@aspectonline.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exceptions:
Certain items, such as perishable goods or Gas products, cannot be returned
Refunds
Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected.
Refund Process:
- You will receive an email notification once we receive your return
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at sales@aspectonline.co.uk.
Non-Refundable Items:
Shipping fees and items marked final sale are non-refundable after 7days
